We understand that circumstances may change, and sometimes, cancellations and refund requests are necessary.   1. Cancellation Period: Customers are entitled to request a cancellation and refund for their purchased website template within 7 days from the date of purchase. After the initial 7-day period, no refund will be issued, and the purchase becomes final.

  2. Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, customers must adhere to the 7-day cancellation period and meet the following conditions:

  • The cancellation request must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • The template should not have been significantly customized or altered beyond the original state.
  • The template must not have been used to create a live website or gone live on the internet.
  • The customer must provide a valid reason for the cancellation.
  1. Refund Process: Customers who are eligible for a refund within the 7-day period can initiate the refund process by sending an email to help@dreamwedds.com. In the email, they should include the following details:
  • Order ID or transaction reference number.
  • Name and contact information associated with the purchase.
  • Reason for the cancellation and refund request.
  1. Refund Timeline: Once we receive the cancellation and refund request, we will review the provided information to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. Upon approval, the refund will be initiated within [X] business days.

  2. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. For transactions made through RazorPay, the refund amount will be processed back to the same credit/debit card or payment account.

  3. Non-Refundable Items: Certain items and services are non-refundable, such as customization services, installation fees, and any additional add-ons or enhancements made to the template at the customer's request.

  4. Changes to Templates: We regularly update and improve our website templates to ensure the best user experience. However, customers who purchased a template and later find it has been updated with additional features or changes are not eligible for refunds based on these updates.

  5. Template Support: Even if a customer cancels a template purchase, they will still have access to our support services for a specific period as outlined in our support policy. Cancellation does not affect the allotted support period.

  6. Abuse of the Refund Policy: DreamWedds reserves the right to deny a refund if we suspect any abuse of our refund policy or if the customer violates our terms of service.
